Porkies -b-que - Bayswater

I visited this restaurant for dinner the other night and arrived just before closing at 8:30 PM. We got there around 7:45 PM, and while we were a bit concerned about the time, it turned out to be unnecessary—service was prompt, and our food arrived quickly! I ordered the sampler, and everything was delicious. I can't add anything more than what others have already said; it's definitely worth a visit. They even have a playground for kids, which is a nice touch. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in an Americana style, but it's the food that will bring me back.

I absolutely loved my experience! The customer service was incredibly warm and friendly. The food was delicious and generously portioned; I had a bunless chicken sandwich and took some pie to go, and everything was scrumptious. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I can't wait to return with a big appetite to tackle one of their platters!

I had my first meal at an American BBQ restaurant, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the sheer sampler platter, which included beef brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, and chicken breast. Everything was perfectly smoked and bursting with flavor. I felt the price and portion sizes justified the 15-20 minute drive from home. The service was excellent, and the staff were very knowledgeable, catering to our needs and questions. I would definitely recommend Porkies to anyone who enjoys American BBQ. I will certainly be returning for more of my favorite food!

Dry rub wings and blue cheese sauce Quarter rack ribs and brisket 2 sides mac and cheese, meat rice Cherry pie an ice cream It was unbelievable and decent portions! Really really good soul food, definately would be a family favourite. The brisket was smoked to perfection tender and juicy, the ribs were done really well with the house made bbq sauce the wing were cooked perfect crunchy skin but so juicy, tender and flavourful. The side mac and cheese was a deepfried croquet absolutely beautiful crunch outside soft mac an cheese inside no oil leaks was great. The meat rice was excellent really well flavoured. Cherry pie was exaclty as I hope perfectly cooked pastry soft enough to eat with plastic cutlery cherry middle was perfect not overly sweet but not bland either really well put together Thanks for making my day!! I will be back.

We’ve driven past this place so many times and finally decided to give it a go. We’ve ordered a platter to share. Good portion size. Reasonable prices. Foods was ridiculously tasty. Good place to enjoy American style Bbq food.
