The green beans with pork mince is overpriced and has a very small amount of the pork mince but good flavour. Fried rice was unusual but still tasty. Pan fried dumplings and crispy pork were delicious. Will definitely be back. $109 for 4 people was a good price point.
Went as a group first time which gave us the opportunity to order a variety of dishes to try. Food is very tasty and big portions. Xiao Loong Baos were done perfectly and the favourites were the spicy Sichuan chicken ribs (great crunch and spices without overwhelming) and the veggies which tasted so fresh and nicely cooked. The noodles were a little bland and overdone. But all in all, worth trying and coming back to try other dishes on the menu. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Love their dumplings here! Their shanghai fried noodles was also delicious, less oilier than usual Chinese eateries.<br/ <br/ Misses: Fried calamari tasted like the frozen kind would skip this.<br/ <br/ Also really impressed with their interior, the outside of their store is quite deceiving. Restaurant is also really clean and bright. This will become one of my go to’s in the area!
We were impressed. Our food was quite delicious the Pork Bun dumplings were heavenly. The servings were generous there was a decent amount of meat in the stir fry beef. And we thought the prices were great. The decor was fairly simple, but not lacking, and the staff were friendly, and relaxed.
Had the dumplings in chilli oil soup. Mm mmmm. Finally found a place that has dumplings as good as I can get in Box Hill! Bonus that its a licensed venue as well. Also I have to say....this is the cleanest dumpling place I’ve ever been in!!! Staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
