Cicis - Baytown

I really enjoy dining at this restaurant because they are prompt with their service and the food is served hot. The drinks are also strong. However, I can only give it 3 stars because the cleanliness of the place could use improvement. Customers are expected to clean their own tables, as there is no staff available to clear them. The restrooms have an unpleasant odor. Despite appearing clean, they still give off a strong smell. In total, we spent $30 for two adults, two drinks, and a child buffet.

I gave them a 4-star rating because their pizza options are limited. They do not offer all the flavors that they used to have. I miss their spinach and taco pizzas.

I brought my nephews to this restaurant because I came here when I was a child. Unfortunately, it is outdated. The arcade machine we tried to use was not working, which was disappointing for my 4 nephews. The pizza was okay, but the salad options were not appetizing and seemed low-quality.

The dining room was dirty, only three or four tables were clean. the rest had dirty dishes. eating was okay, it was the only good thing to visit. the staff was not very friendly either.

I like cici's it's a great place to go to after church or for a birthday dinner for kids,, but as of lately it can be cleaner in there. Also as of lately the food is upsetting mine and my family's stomachs. I'd really like to see them shape up and clean up bc my kids love it there... some cleaning and food checking guys please! We were there for 2 hrs and no one came to clean any tables we had to clean tables so we could sit to eat..
