Hartz Chicken Buffet - Baytown

The Hartz Chicken on Garth Rd in AR's Parking is the worst! They serve old chicken when you ask for fresh, and it’s unacceptable! If you do get fresh chicken, it's undercooked! I want my money back!

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. The last two times I visited, I spent over $40 and received cold chicken. I will never return. This place has really gone downhill.

During our last three visits, the food was nearly burnt each time. We’ve decided we won’t be returning.

You need to take notes from the location on Uvalde... Uvalde location is soooo good... Chicken strips hard and dry, Mac n cheese salty and liquid, if you do not see bacon or season in the green beans its one... corn looked like it had been tipped directly from the can, they had white cream engraving in the potato casserole instead of acid cream... Chicken could have been better... Fish was good tho and the reels were the most sadly dry reels ever?

Welcoming and clean. Food was surprisingly extremely good ! The crew that was there Tuesday June 21st around 4pm was excellent ! I hope that team continues to do s great job , I also hope that they are well taken care of ! Keep up the great work and the great food !
