Jack In The Box - Baytown

The restaurant needs to improve its cleanliness. My first visit was enjoyable, and the food was of good quality. However, this time was less than satisfactory. The lobby was dusty, and there was dirt visible on the floor. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5.

I'm not particularly a fan of fast food, but if I need to grab a quick bite, JnB is my go-to choice. Their egg rolls are delicious, and I really enjoy the Jumbo Jack as well. The cold, fresh salad and tomatoes truly elevate the meal. Food rating: 4/5.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I didn't wait long for my food, but it arrived cold and my order was incomplete. I tried to reach out for help, but no one responded, and the doors were locked. I even paid extra for sauces, but they didn’t provide enough to enhance my meal. Overall, it was a frustrating visit.

We asked about Tacos and the guy said they had no left and had to wait for them to froze before cooking. Just a lazy excuse not to make and you are known for Tacos
