Little Caesars Pizza - Baytown

Both places are closed because of the water ban in Houston so I wasted money because neither location is listed as closed. There’s only a sign on the door and that’s it. Never going to either location again.

I sent my 16 y/o daughter in to pay for and get the pizza. When she returned and I checked the food food and I was totally and completely caught off guard. I usually like Lil Ceasars. I immediately took it back in and asked the nice young lady at the counter for a refund. I explained to her why and showed her the contents of what was given to my daughter. She asked me if I wanted to wait for another one and I kindly said no thank you, because I had already waited 15 minutes for this one and I didn't have time to wait because I had to go to work. (It was 5:05pm, my shift starts at 6pm. I know that's my fault. In short I was refunded and kept the pizza that was hardly edible . The killer part is it appeared that the manager was the one putting the pizzas in the box. Smh. I never asked to speak to the manager and she never voluntarily came to the front to address me, the customer when the young lady went to the side to speak with her about my issue. And let's not even get on how it was cut any kind of way! Smh.

They NEVER EVER have hot n ready anymore. And won’t accept cash unless exact change. What a joke. Also, no customer service skills. Won’t be back.

This is the worst little ceasars i’ve ever been to. They never wear gloves when making pizza’s, the manager of the place was on her phone and then shouted that it would be 40 minutes for pizza’s to come out. If you wouldn’t be on your phone and would actually be working maybe it would not take so long. It’s just filthy, I will never buy from this disgusting place again. I also don’t recommend, it’s unsanitary and they should at least wear gloves when preparing the pizza’s.

For a busy Saturday night they got my order quickly. Small waiting, but the whole staff seemed to work hard, especially with big orders. Stop the big workers and girls.
