Mcdonald's - Baytown

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers a frit and drink, an hour later I bought a Sunday and cake. I went to the bathroom then under the canopy to smoke, the employees freed my table when I asked about my cup, they wouldn't replace because the employee said he didn't remember me sitting at the, but then remembered that I went out and said I should have said that I would go, even though he saw me under the canopy, they wouldn't replace my cup. When I asked for a refill, they only filled my cup 3/4 full. I've been Assistant Mgr at McDonald for four years and never treated my customers with contempt or little respect. I went over the road to Whataburger and will never visit your store again.

Bad day for them... they had a busload of students when I went through the drive-thru for some chicken nuggets and a drink. The bus load has completely removed the drive-thru service. After 20 minutes wait in line outside the other 8 cars. I gave up and went in to check the status... after all they told me it was less than 5 minutes. The kitchen staff was simply chaotic, ran completely out of control, with several people waiting at the counter obviously upset. I'm sure they waited for their food. I'm sure I have a better experience next time. See you next time...
