Mcdonald's - Baytown

The food was brown, overcooked, and tough. You really need to improve. It was frustrating to find everything crammed at the bottom of the bag. I'm trying to understand how things operate here.

Velma Madison and Madison Martinez truly saved my life. I was very intoxicated and sitting in the passenger seat, and they both went out of their way to ensure my order was correct and managed everything exceptionally well. Their organizational skills and genuine kindness really stand out; it's like they run the place. Plus, they have a great sense of humor! I feel confident giving them instructions because they follow them perfectly, allowing me to relax without any worries. They definitely deserve a promotion!

I went through the drive-thru and experienced very fast service. The staff was nice, friendly, and polite. The Mocha Frappes were generous in size. Keep up the great work! Food: 5/5

Today there were only 1 car in the car thru. Pulled on the speaker and nobody answered. Went to 1st window, no one there, finally someone came into the window and I put my order. Dammed and went into the second window and sat there for.... when someone finally came into the window, it was to tell me to pull up and wait. When I asked if they knew how much longer, no answer, because she didn't speak English, a man came to the window that didn't. Finally, a second male came into the window with an attitude and said to pull up and close the window. After I parked in the third window [and officially late for work], they opened my food and closed it without saying a word. My job is 1 minute from McDonald's and after waiting for neither my burger nor my fries was fresh or warm. waste of time and money

I went up here just tonight with my boyfriend and little brother. Took 20 minutes to get my food!!! And it wasn’t even “hot” it felt like it was just sitting there. Then I go to ask for sauce, and the employees just looked at me took 3-5 minutes just to get attention for my sauces!! (Which I ordered!!!! and they’re just absolutely rude!! The lady threw sauce in my hands!! And should you not there so SLOWWWW. I do not recommend.
