Smoothie King - Baytown

Smoothie King is my lucky place. I go every time with a smile because I'm so excited for my favorite smoothie, I broke over her into my YouTube videos, but my last two visits were so disappointing that I remember not buying from this place. Not only was I not greeted, but when they ask why I look at the Togo smoothies, and I tell them I placed an order, they look totally confused. The time before my last stop, there were two girls in service. After asking what I was waiting for, she stood there. (I'm the only customer in you. So I wait patiently, without comment. Then I see how the other girl makes a smoothie. When she's done, she's stuck a straw in it and starts drinking it when she walks behind the register. And finally the girl who spoke to me literally dragged her feet to make mine. At this point it was past 10 minutes (the time it was to be complete. Once she was done, she muddled the smoothie before me and said, HERE. How... what?? You have not only refused to do the work you are paying here, but despite my smiles and friendly comments, I am treated as if I were such an anger for coming and ordering my smoothie at all! 20 minutes past before they have my order, again, with literally no orders before me, via online or in-person. I came there a few minutes before the 10-minute mark and had to wait while I stared at the walls. I just can't....

The sales associate stood really stone-faced and didn't say a word to us, not even a smile. I didn't even know he was ready to take my order. Uncomfortable experience, I didn't order anything and left.

Smoothie King is the best spot to get smoothies besides making your own at home. Everything is all natural I just don't recommend Juice blend..

I called in advance to see if it was okay for me to place an order before she said to close, yes I got there an order and she has the most rude attitude about it as if it were a problem that I ordered you paid by the customers so that I did not see the problem AND ITS SMOOTHIES IT REQUIRES LITTLE to NO EFFORT overall it was a terrible work and always was an rude experience

I give 3 stars bc, this is the average in the 2 years I went to this special smoothie king. I understand that the majority of workers are high school / college children, and it will be a high rate of revenue. But I'm probably going here every three months. Sometimes they have great sweet workers and other times they are absolutely garbage. Conversation with each other and badly over previous customers who have just stepped out. Only really unprofessional. Often I get a smoothie that asks for an additional FULL disk from PB and depending on who you get, you might get a 1/2 cup. It's like they like you, they give you what you pay and hook you up. But if they have a bad day, they won't. Too many atmospheric employees in my opinion. The smoothies taste good. And that's all. But with the price of 2 smoothies it would be nice to go WANT somewhere where you know that you are treated the same every time.
