Thibodeaux's Cajun Food - Baytown

I went for the 2-liter seafood boil with potatoes, corn, and sausage. It was bursting with flavor! The potatoes were cooked perfectly - tender without being mushy - and the sausage had that delicious homemade taste. I’m not usually a fan of sausage, but after this, I’m definitely going to try more options, including their Boudin balls! The staff was fantastic—friendly and straightforward—making sure we had everything we needed while keeping it no-nonsense, just how it should be. So, don’t hesitate! The seafood gumbo was excellent! It had a great combination of shrimp, shellfish, and just the right amount of spice. The smoked boudin made a perfect accompaniment to the dish. The dining area was clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The food and service were outstanding! This cozy little spot offers amazing flavors. I tried the baked catfish, crustacean etouffee, crushed okra, black-eyed peas, green beans, coleslaw, cornbread, and Boutin. Everything was delicious!

Great crust fish and the bounty made in the house was also really good. I would say they have the best cancers within the city limits.

I’m from Mississippi and every time I visit Baytown(often) I order from these guys! Even if I have to use delivery services. The food is delicious with a real Cajun home cooked taste. I can’t believe this place is still a quiet little secret! The lines should be wrapped around the building!!! My favorite is Everything!!!
