Whataburger - Baytown

This review focuses more on Whataburger as a whole rather than just this specific location. The staff here is typically friendly, and the restaurant is usually clean, which is commendable for a fast food place. For that reason, I would give this location at least 4.5 stars. However, when it comes to Whataburger overall, I would rate it only 1 star, bringing the average to about 3 stars. I have always been a fan of Whataburger; there was a time when it was unquestionably the best burger joint in Texas. They still have the best ketchup and their sauces are fantastic. Unfortunately, since being bought by a company in Chicago a few years ago, the quality and taste of the food have been declining. It's disappointing to say, but I'm no longer a fan.

The wait time at the drive-thru is entirely unacceptable. I’ve been waiting here for over 30 minutes now, and I will NOT be coming back to this place. There are several people outside their cars expressing their frustration. If I weren't stuck in line, I would have left a long time ago. The service is terrible.

I would avoid this whataburger I ordered two sausage, egg and cheese, taquitos and a biscuit and gravy and the biscuits and gravy. They did not put them in a container so the gravy spilled everywhere. There was a hole in the bottom of my cup thatfilled up my cup holder, and I was missing food and when I came back to get my order fix there was another group trying to get arefund and was refused their refund

This location is a mess. You will not get your food fast. Don?t even bother ordering on the app. It?ll take them 30 mins regardless. Sunday mornings are especially bad. Food quality is usually good if it?s not cold.
