I absolutely love this special location of MB! Even though it's a chain, the staff truly feel like family. I've never had an issue with my orders, and the food is always fresh. No matter how busy they are, we're always welcomed with a smile and friendly words. Thank you for making our weekend breakfasts so enjoyable! Even when we arrive closer to lunchtime...

Where do I start?! I love this place, best bagels, best coffee, my son loves that they have grape juice, and my whole family eats no meat, so that they make special sandwiches with hash-browns in it for us! Whenever we call, they know my voice and say the rule? Simply total amazing people from the owners to the cook to the cashier 10 from 10 above the board! I can't say enough nice stuff about this place and the people in the setup someone who has something negative to say you are either a negative person, or just for minute you have stopped thinking that are also people? And when it comes to food, do you give them a second chance? or why didn't you bring it back? They would replace it in place, no questions asked. I was so thrilled to find an alternate bagel shop. I've been here 3 times. First time was great. Our sandwiches were cooked well although service was a little longer-I happen to know quality food takes time... no need to rush. The second time the pork roll was a little too under cooked for my taste. Today- the 3rd time- was a total flop. Pork roll egg and cheese is not hard to remember... I got almost raw pork roll, no egg at all and cold cheese on a cold bagel. I ordered for someone else, a toasted bagel with a very thin layer of cream cheese. We got a cold bagel not toasted and an inch and a half thick of cream cheese. Needless to say we are disappointed with this Bayville location. I posted a picture of what looks like it could be a whole container of creamcheese that we scraped off of the bagel. I'm not trying to be mean-I am trying to say check your food before you leave this store. That's all
