Just the other day, with the temperature dropping below 60, my wife and I made a trip there. I can’t quite put my finger on what makes this soup so special, but I've never tasted anything quite like it—it's absolutely amazing. The cabbage is simmered in a sweet tomato broth, which sounds simple, but I can't replicate that flavor at home no matter how hard I try. So if you're in the Woodmere area, be sure to stop by this fantastic deli and order a bowl for yourself. Thanks for reading!
It's hard to believe a sandwich can taste this good! I live about 60 miles away, but I make it a point to eat here at least once a month. I know it sounds cliché, but when I say they're famous for their Reubens, I genuinely mean it—they are renowned for their Reubens. You won't find a better sandwich in New York City. Their other menu items look incredibly tempting, but I just can't resist the Reubens. I usually alternate between the corned beef and pastrami, and in both cases, I am never disappointed. If you enjoy pickles and tomatoes, you'll love them. Try Corky and Lenny's just once, and I bet you'll be hooked. Ciao, and thanks for reading!
