Graeter's Ice Cream - Beachwood

We missed banana ice months. When we got in, I wanted the banana. Haley, the girl at the counter, went beyond and beyond to help! She made a banana milk shake added additional bananas to taste it like the ice. All the girls were super sweet and friendly! As always, the ice cream was delicious.

I have the 2 Dip classic sundae with hot fudge topping as well as pecans and whipped cream. For the ice, I got cotton candy and their signature taste black raspberry chip. It was disgusting. I liked the sugar cane ice cream. The Pecans went well with the ice cream, which was a nice surprise as I usually don't eat pecans. I also have a dog owner, an ice cream style for dogs, for my pup. You can order on the app for board pickup. Super practical! You have a reward program. You can earn points for your purchases. You will also give you a free sunset for your birthday!

The service was excellent, and the staff was knowledgeable. The atmosphere was charming and classic. My only complaint is that I wanted to mix two different flavors in one cup, but that wasn't allowed. I was hungry enough to consider getting two different cups, as tasting was permitted. Overall, I definitely plan to come back!

Great little shop, parking is tight. Small cooler is packed with pints, I think you can ask the server to make a pint from whatever they have to scoop, but I didn't ask. Great service, amazing ice cream, lots of products, cozy shop.

I absolutely LOVE this ice cream! It's hands down the best I've ever had in my life. If I could, I would eat it every day, but since I live in Southern California, I have to order it online, which can be quite expensive. When I lived in Cleveland, I used to go at least once a week and always got the black raspberry chocolate chip. That flavor is simply divine, and the large chocolate “chips” that are actually chunks are to die for. It would be my dream to see Graeter’s open a location on the West Coast. I also enjoy getting a double scoop sundae or the 1870 Sundae—sorry, I can't remember the exact year, but it's a classic on their menu. The seasonal flavors are incredible, too, but I never stray from my beloved black raspberry!
