I was very excited to come to this place. The hedge on the west side is amazing, so I was happy I had to go so far. At first everything was tasty. The restaurant definitely looks completely new. Bar also looks great. Secondly, we sat near the bar in the corner that's okay, I don't care. I took care of the bartenders throwing glass bottles into the container that was af lol. If you go here, avoid this area when you “intimate a little more”. Food was meh. The rice with the tuna dish was by far the best part of our entire meal. Winter Burrata was good, but they give you two slices of small/medium-sized pieces of bread that is not enough. Everything else was bar food quality. The service was also meh. Our server was nice, but extremely casual in the way she spoke. I think she could have been a manager, possibly because she was the bar and several tables on a super busy night, so she probably just tried to hurry things by being super casual (we didn't feel hurry, though that was nice). Overall, this year will probably not come back. There are many really good restaurants in this area to and from now on they are worth visiting. Once they've settled, I could try again.
It took half an hour to get a bowl of soup 45 minutes to get our hamburgers. Our visit was great except waiting for the kitchen.
Braised short rib was paired with the cheeky grits. was just Devine... I was years old today when I found out I needed this in my life.
Appetizers were cold. Desserts, mains, milkshakes very good. 1/2 hour wait for our table even with reservation. I would not recommend at this time. I don’t like to wait.
