I went to Red Lobster since I was a little girl, so I was so excited to treat my 66 Y/o grandma here for my birthday. Your wish, your favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. We had a table of 7 so I expected a waiting time, but not half an hour for our food to come PLUS our cold. Two of my family members got the wrong food. Two other foods came out completely cold. I canceled my daughters food because her child needed macaroni and cheese an hour to get out. The kitchen staff was extremely loud. I could get the brass music and the bumblebees from my table. We even asked about the manager and she even did nothing to help. I only have two words for this institution DO BETTER! I'm not coming here anymore, I'm going from here to the Red Lobster.
I wasn't here In years because of the terrible service, but I was in the area and had a gift card, so I decided to give them another chance. My waiter was very nice (and cute? and my lobster was pretty good. So I can say that this visit was not like the experiences of the past.
I have a lot to say about this place, surprised that its even Here. Sure it's a little rough around the edges and looks like the place has been going through some things.. but aren't we all? The important stuff. Restaurant staff is amazing and every time it's a great meal
Waited 1.30 hours for the food!!! Pastas had too much soy sauce and cream. Lots of foods on the floors, under the tables. Horrible experience!
