Service was absolutely terrible. I waited 30 minutes for a $6 biggie bag. 6 guests who came in after me were served before me. Each of which had orders I know would 've taken longer to make. It was not busy when I went in. She asked my name for the order and I said hunter. Easy to spell, easy to recognize. She put country. 20 minutes go by and several customers later, the guy in the back comes out and asks what order I 'm waiting on. She says oh I completely forgot he was there. When my food finally came out, it didint have the tomato or bacon or the cheese. They forgot the sauce and the food was less than warm, fries were cold. I will not be returning to this location. Rude and unorganized. Maybe things would run smoothly and in a timely manner if 2 staff weren’t outside smoking when switching from breakfast to lunch. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The staff is rude, or don’t even say a word to you and that’s only if they are not”shutdown” during business hours. 9/10 times you can do a mobile order and then get to the drive though and they say oh we’re shut down Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
Is it proper business? My food was prepared and ready? I had to wait for a customer. Whose food was still being cooked and prepared? Instead of just handing me mines. I got insulted by the staff. Even the manager is that proper business? Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
