Mcdonald's Restaurants - Beaconsfield

Service is terribly slow! Waited for an hour to get my order ready. Plus, dine-in is also very slow (takes around 35min for a simple trio! Outrageous! EVERYTHING SLOW!

Although the food is always good (in the classic McDonalds sense) it is always extremely busy. Lunch time is the worst and you'll easily see 30 people standing around for their orders. There's usually 1 person at the cash which is sometimes the manager. She is sweet and tries her best but you can't help but notice they are understaffed and the kitchen seems beyond chaotic.If you're expecting a quick in-and-out meal grab this is definitely not the McDonalds for you. Expect at least a 10 minute wait if not longer

This restaurant outperforms many McDonald's during busy periods. The experienced staff is typically more professional than staff at other locations. While the outdoor terrace is nice, it is unfortunately located on the noisy street side. Please note that the restaurant is currently undergoing road repairs in July 2023.

I recently visited this restaurant for a pickup order, but my food wasn't ready when I arrived. The manager, dressed in a new shirt, was speaking to the cashier in a language I didn't understand. Despite this, the food was good. This restaurant has been around for a long time, and I have heard good things about it. I recently returned and noticed that the Asian manager is no longer there, so I hope the new manager provides better service. I recommend checking out their location in Lachine, as it is amazing. Overall, it's a great place to grab a meal. Don't hesitate to try their dishes or desserts, like ice cream. Just go and enjoy your meal without overthinking it. Just go, eat, and enjoy!

Drive thru with multiple line but you can only get service to one. We waited at the mic for 15 min, watching other cars getting their orders takin, before someone took ours. And ended up not even getting the right order.Good luck getting the right mic. May the odds ever be in your favor.
