Osaka - Beaconsfield

Really enjoyed everything about Osaka! Amazing food, if you like hot and sour soup it is hands down the best I have ever tasted and worth the trip on its own. The most gracious host, making sure everything was to perfection and that we had full bellies by the end. Even sent me home with an extra hot and sour soup on the house because I loved it so much. From entering this cozy little restaurant, to being walked out by the owner himself, this place just makes you feel great inside. I highly recommend trying Osaka and I will be returning soon. Thank you Su, your lovely wife and great chef!

This owner goes above and beyond! Great tasting food, and I can honestly say I've never experienced customer service like this!! He even walked us to the door after we finish our meal. Thank you for the great experience!!

Amazing food and a most warm and gracious owner who went above and beyond to please! We ordered the Pad Thai and assorted sushi....both were outstanding! Then the owner insisted on giving us complimentary crispy chicken and General Tao chicken...also fabulous! He would not even let us leave a tip! We most certainly will be back and will spread the word to our friends and family!

Wow. I don't know if this is standard for Montreal, but this is certainly not what you can expect from any Japanese or Chinese restaurant where I live in France. We ordered from both the Japanese and Chinese menus, and both sides were phenomenal. Like a home-cooked meal but with a restaurant polish. I've never seen portions that big at any restaurant of this type in France, but maybe that's more normal for Quebec. We kept ordering more and more dishes and rolls expecting French-sized portions and the charismatic owner tried to stop us because he knew we were asking for too much! The crispy chicken dish is a must-try. Also, usually I'm hesitant to order sushi at a restaurant that also serves Chinese dishes because I think it's hard to master both. However, you can order any sushi roll here with confidence. The chef is just that good. The owners are really great people who love families, so make sure to come with yours.

We had a take out order for 10 people. We asked the owner to select the food and we loved it all. Great price, wonderful spring rolls and soup and fish and beef...... I had a wonderful conversation with Su , who is a delightful fellow. It felt like walking into Cheers and chatting with the other clients!
