Little Caesars Pizza - Bear

Eventually, I noticed that about five more customers were waiting for their orders. I was getting ready to pay with cash, but he told me he could only process charges under twenty dollars. I had a twenty-dollar bill, and it seemed he struggled with basic math. I ended up getting a dollar in change, but after such a long wait, I didn’t feel like arguing or trying to explain things to him. He seemed unconcerned and just sat in the back eating. He eventually returned to the front chewing gum and cleaning his teeth. As for the pizza, it was just okay—not fully cooked but still edible. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

I tried ordering delivery through the app multiple times, but it seems they don't actually process online orders. Feeling suspicious, I checked out the reviews and wasn't surprised to find mostly negative feedback. I'm not sure what's happening, but the overwhelming number of bad reviews and the lack of any response from the manager has convinced me never to spend my money here.

I had a terrible experience at the Bear Store located in Governor Square Shopping Mall. The place was unclean, and the employees weren't wearing gloves. To make matters worse, they were rude and seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to the customers waiting for service. I wouldn't give this place even one star, unless it's for a brief walk.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently had an experience in this little Caesars in Bear, Delaware. I went online and paid for two cheese pizzas and some wings just to get there and have to wait for half an hour until my order is not done yet. Other people went in and out with their orders, but each order was delayed. To deteriorate things, employees' attitudes could not be worse. They were very dismissed and arrogant to say the least. I left the store without getting my order or my money back that I paid online. I'll never go back to the store and I recommend all the others to do the same.

An easy go-to when the kids are hungry and your in a hurry with no time to make a meal the have hot and ready which is great cause it's personally no wait but, if your going to governor square- even with a few people or even no people you still have to wait for the staff to.. idk what the heck they tagged so kind to do?
