I'm pretty sure they were cooked from frozen my main was ghastly. the worst I've had for a while. I had ordered salmon with a low-level sauce. what I got was the most dry, boiled piece of fish I swear, had been cooked before and then heated by a little deep frying. no sign of the sauce that was urgently needed on the rough dry salmon, but I had three very fat lump kartoffel and a few grilled vegetables, all swimming in oil. the sauce when it finally came was straight out of a package. dessert was fled with a sight. a huge, rather firm clump of blancmange with smooth cream the only redemption was the local wine. my advice would be to stay up the bar. at least they are friendly and the brave
We came with another couple and the eating was amazing, great service and we then had a look around the hotel area, the top floor had a swimming pool with magnificent views of the mountain.
I rarely go to the restaurant if not with a group of friends. the quality ranges from pretty good to medium, never bad. (I'm tough)
