Arby's - Beaufort County

I want to highlight the two heavyset white men who serve as managers at Arby's. The food at this restaurant is delicious, but I avoid coming here because these gentlemen make the experience much more difficult than it should be. Dealing with these managers can be a hassle almost every time.

The large, Caucasian man working the drive-thru is rude and domineering towards his employees, as he can often be seen yelling and causing chaos.

The only good service I receive at this restaurant is when the girl who operates the drive-through is working during the day. She really knows customer service.

If I could give no stars, I would. This place has the worst service. The people working there are most likely on drugs or drunk. They refuse to complete orders if they don 't want to. The laziest place over ever seen. I wouldn 't be surprised if the employees mess with the food in ways that would cause a lawsuit. These people just don 't care about anything. They should all be replaced.

Worst place, can only serve one person at a time in the drive thru, always out of ice, drinks or shakes. Today it was fountain drinks and shakes both and wasn’t told til I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting to place my order. Only one car in front of
