I 'm just not the same person after experiencing BBC. This is my first time trying BBC and boy the rumors are true. Once you try BBC you will never go back to the same Ole same Ole. We took in the wonderful dark chocolate roll finishing with a explosion of cream.  This is definitely true to the hype. This is heaven on earth for pastries.. two display cases filled with goodies. We left with two boxes of assorted delights plus a loaf of herb bread, which we used for a BLT sandwich.

These gorgeous fruit tarts taste as amazing as they look. Ingredients are fresh and each one is designed beautifully. The breads are equally as good at the BBC. The owners Annamaria and Lou are lovely people, customer focused and a huge asset to Beaufort.

Ordered their chicken salad sandwich on sourdough today. Really good sized portion (saved half for later! and came with a side of homemade chips. I wish they offered fruit or something else as a side option. I've bought their fresh sourdough loaves a few times definitely recommend! Large breakfast and lunch menu, good coffee and bakery selection, and an overall convenient location on Lady?s Island!

We went in for a baguette and there was only one left at 11AM. Not sure if they had additional baguettes in the back, we didn't need more than one. It was awesome, we used it for a ham and cheese sandwich on a picnic at the beach. If you want a baguette for dinner with guests you might want to go for it early or call ahead to find out if they have any left.
