Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

It's Bojangles, what more can I say? They're decent in price for decent unhealthy fast food. Fast , friendly and convenient. But the drive thru young lady was very rude and unprofessional when asked for sauces and napkins, as if she herself were supplying out of pocket. The fact that it wasn't extras but the standard issue I asked for completely baffled me. As was the 10 min wait for cold bo-rounds. But barring that experience, I have had a normally good experience at the Bojangles in question.

Since I was asked to tip at the drive-thru window, I decided to give this company a tip of advice instead of money: DONT ASK FOR TIPS IN DRIVE THROUGH OR INSIDE! You couldn 't even put cheese on my sandwich (which I paid for... and when I asked the associate why they expect tips to do their job, I got a horrible non informative answer. What a pathetic company and I will absolutely NEVER eat here or at any other location again!
