Okay, I really loved the egg roll, and throughly enjoyed my shrimp bowl. Good portions priced right. The sauce is yummy, as it should be too. The wait staff was very nice and attentive. However, the three stars is for the somewhat awkward exterior and interior. I am all for having your own beliefs, but it was overkill for sure. Yeah, that part was mighty weird. I ate and got out of there.
Every time I come here or call I get hung up on and when I enter the building they have people in front of me ordering to go orders and then telling me they can’t take an more to go order but taking the customer right after me to place an orders worst customer service EVER !
Decent portions, good service. Didn't care much for the food, but they seemed to stay busy.
Drove 30 minutes to pick up 4 orders. When I got back to my office on Boundary Street, I realized that Fuji had left out one of the meals. I called them for over an hour with no answer before I just got in my car and drove another 30 minutes round trip to get this fixed. When I told the worker at the register that I wanted the meal that was left out plus a full refund, she told the owner who came back to me basically dismissing me saying all sales are final and that I SHOULD have checked the bag before I left. Again, I SHOULD have checked the bag before I left…. I tipped your worker sir so that she could check the bag. Ryan’s Pizza and Hibachi are right down the street from you and it’s actually better than your hibachi sir. Not only did you loose my business, but every employee employed by me as well.
