Alberto's Mexican Food - Beaumont

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and the beans were burnt and the cheese wasn’t melted. Not only did I pay $7.25 for it but it was the same poor quality that I’ve experienced here on several occasions. The menu says a bean and cheese is $6.33 but the lady charged me $6.99 and said the menu wasn’t updated.

Amazing experience here!! They didn’t have sausage for a breakfast burrito I was ordering, so they hooked me up and added potatoes for no charge to another breakfast burrito of choosing. I always do appreciate amazing customer service. Will definitely be back.

Ordered carne asada fries but can only count the meat in it roughly 10 meat or less. It seems that they added beans to supplement the meat.

Really disappointedMost of their food is made with canned meat and canned refried beans. Don’t believe me? Look on the shelf on the wall directly behind the register. Beans are disgusting and when I added them, the taste over powered the breakfast burrito. By far the worst I’ve ever had! ?

Drive thru was very slow and I was the only vehicle. When I got my food it was wrong and cold. This was at 8pm Beaumont
