Didn’t tell me that they didn’t have any Baja Blast until after I paid for a large. Forgot the queso in quesadilla. Never again. No thanks.
This Taco Bell was worse than most I have been to, and most I have been to in the past 10-15 years are pretty low quality. The dining area was low stocked, few sauces, scarce cup lids, no forks or knives. They actually had no plasticware at all in the entire restaurant. I had to eat my fiesta potatoes with my hands. The burrito I had was poorly assembled, and tasted like the beans have been sitting for a while. The atmosphere of the dining area was a lot like a club or bar at closing. The overhead lights were on, but the flashing neon lights were still going, and you could see and feel the filth on the tables and floor. The employees were the only positive part of my experience. They were friendly and at least acted like they were sincere in the apology about lack of plasticware.
This is our favorite Taco Bell in Texas! Staff welcome you personally when you enter and again when you leave. They even remember us as the couple that was married to us for 50 years at a personal level. These are the most beautiful and sweetest Taco Bell workers ever! You feel at home and well maintained.
The service was incredibly quick and friendly, and the woman working at the window was very dedicated to her job. I had a $100 bill that she couldn't break, but she found a solution so that my son and I could still enjoy our meal. I am so grateful for her help, especially since I had lost my credit and debit cards and that $100 bill was all the money I had. Thank you!
I'm not a big fan of fast food, but the crew at this point are consistently fast and friendly, so the experience is very pleasant. Bring back the Mexican pizza
