The Cookie Plug - Beaumont

I absolutely love these cookies, especially the Purple Haze variety!

I just wanted to express how much I appreciated the service at the Beaumont location. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to mention a staff member (I don't know her name, but she has brown hair with blue ends). She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different flavors and took the time to explain everything to us, especially since it was my first visit. She was very friendly and had a lovely smile! It's hard to find great service like that these days! I also tried the OG cookie, and it was delicious!

I and my children love to go to this place! 5 minutes from our house! every time we come, it's always fast and easy! we are coming back for more!

I was misled about needing to order a purple drink and pressured into purchasing their standard deals. I later found out that you only need to get a drink with the deal on Sundays and Tuesdays. This company is greedy and only cares about meeting sales targets. The cookies I tried were either dry, burnt, or undercooked. If I could give them a zero rating, I absolutely would.

When are they ever open? I was here 4-5 times in the posted business hours and they are closed. says on yelp. they won't win 2 stars because I think they're delicious. was thrilled to give some of my graduate students. the cookies let them order and cannot get them for them because they are closed. I'm stupid, I'm still trying at this point.
