Red robins - Beaumont

Had lunch here today and it was horrible.Cold food and the food that came didn't even come close to the description in the menu.The service was also bad!Dirty tables every where...don't go.Cant say I will ever go to another red robins

Heres a list of all the good things:Heres a list of all the bad things:-Food took forever to come out even though we had asked to be quick as we were in a hurry to get back to Calgary from spending the night in Edmonton.-Server took forever to get the bill after we were done eating, not before speaking with the manager to complain that my chicken was finished in 2 bites (felt there was no value as the meal was $15 and the chicken breast which was half of the meal was the size of flattened EOS lip balm (sorry, cant think of another object to compare to) -Chicken was under-cooked and pink, of course I didn't realize this until I had eaten the whole two bites. (Flavor was decent, I will give it that.)-The manager was so awkward with us he looked like he wanted to crawl into a hole. He offered us a gift card... told him we would never come back. He offered to refund my money as we had already paid to try and get out of there quicker. I took the money and ran. It was so unpleasant. the atmosphere was cheap and uncomfortable. I hated everything about this restaurant. I was a bit grumpy too so that didn't help but it just felt thrown together and the staff was dull.

Excellent burger joint. Great food, service is always really good. They have the best chessecake in the world!!!

My wife and I ate at Red Robins recently. I had the Sautéed Mushroom burger and my wife ordered the Guacamole Burger. We've eaten here several times over the years and have always enjoyed the food. There's a nostalgic funky vibe to the decor, staff provide excellent friendly service and the food is fresh, tasty and almost always cooked to perfection. However, for some reason when I ate the Mushroom burger, the pain that followed was much like being kicked in the stomach by steel-toed boots from an irate construction crew and it lasted for about 2 hours. I have to wonder if there was way too much grease on those shrooms. Anyway, I highly recommend that you don't eat that burger but feel free to have anything else. As far as burger joints go, this still is an excellent option!

It is our habit to go out to dinner Friday evenings with as many of the family as we can gather together. On the last occasion we went to Red Robins where eight of us enjoyed a good dinner with great service and relatively goo ambiance. The group included two children, one of whom has severe allergy problems. These were dealt with buy knowledgable staff and management. We will go again.
