Wendy's - Beaumont

Walked to Wendys tonight. 9PM and the door was locked. Sign on the door says open until 10pm. Google page says 10pm and they are responsible for adjusting hours on that page. I look inside and a woman just stares at me. Customer service is non existent in my experience. They won't get a nickle of business from me.

I seldom go to Wendy's but I got coupons. The service was really family friendly and accommodating in several ways. The food was also very yummy. I'll be going back again next week because I had a 5 star visit. Thanks!!

One pickle bandits! Bruh every time I come I get one singular pickle and one singular piece of everything else they skimp so hard. Also they are more expensive than other Wendy's. They also have reduced drink size compared to others. Employees are nice at the window but them kitchen people need to start giving me 2, 3? maybe even 4 dang pickles because this makes me sad. (I will admit the photos pickle is actually quite large but usually they are microscopic,

Just moved to Beaumont and we were craving a Wendy's burger. We were not disappointed! Used the drive-thru, food was hot, burger was excellent!! Very generous serving of fries as well. We will definitely be back! Great job guys, thanks!

Wow. Just wow. The drive through at 7:20 was super slow. There was one person when we got there, and it was unreasonable how long it took for them to get through. I could pull out though because of people behind me. So jealous of those who could, and I saw several. What's worse, the order was wrong and they didn't have anything to say about the poor service. Literally nothing, they didn't talk. It all tasted fine, but whatever. No straws or napkins. We ordered kids meals, of
