Jimmy John's - Beavercreek

I do love Jimmy Johns but this location is Bad!! People in front of us didn’t get what the ordered and one our sandwiches was missing lettuce.. all other location I’ve been to have great!

Had a not so great experience here with a careless disrespectful employee, but it does not reflect the entire staff, and the management was quick to respond and fox the problem. The food was good and the place was clean.

Stay away!!!! Bread is tough, what's left of it; they scoop it out. Very salty. Hardly any veggies to add on. We threw our subs away after I ate at least what veggies I had, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber and cheese. Over $20 and it's in the trash! Now we have to go get something to eat again.

No sense of urgency. whether I order delivery or inshop or carry out they never seem to have my order ready in a timely manner. AND i give a lot of wiggle room for time.. but waiting over 30 min-1 hr is ridiculous for some sub.

The store was super clean and workers polite and welcoming, cane in 30min before close and they didn't rush us at all!
