Pizza Hut - Beavercreek

Delicious pizza! It was made exactly as I requested and was ready right on schedule. I really appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru window.

I ordered online and had my meal delivered to my home. The delivery man was extremely polite, respectful, and friendly. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. The pizza tasted mostly like dough, and there was hardly any sauce on it. Once again, I want to emphasize that the delivery driver was fantastic, but the food left much to be desired.

We ordered a pizza for delivery, and it arrived an hour later, but we discovered it was the wrong pizza. When we called, the store manager acknowledged the mistake but suggested sending the correct pizza the next day. This is an unacceptable level of service; it shows a lack of understanding of what constitutes proper customer care. The company really needs to train its staff on delivering quality service and effectively managing errors.

This is the best pizza place to order from in Beavercreek! The drive through window is extremely convenient!! The food is consistently good and exactly what you order I've only ordered through the app or online. Plus, it can be ready to pick up in about 10 minutes!

I didn't get a name, but the guy working there Saturday evening on North Fairfield rd. was really courteous and even took the time to run pizza out to vehicle as soon as it was done before we made it to drive through as he saw we were waiting out in parking lot. It was greatly appreciated as I had 4 kids with me. The lady at the window was friendly as well when I checked to make sure order was in right. The pizza ended up being delicious and breadsticks were perfect.Thank you!!
