First and foremost your Starbucks is very popular and necessary because you serve a large community. All of the employees work very hard there and I appreciate your service! You guys prepping my girlfriend's coffee is an integral part of her functioning as the star employee that she is. You guys have come through every time so far except this time. I know this is not the employees fault but an issue with supply. For whatever reason your store was out of very important supplies for her and whoever else didn't get their coffee today ??. Now I'm sure you guys will be up and running and helping us all get by with providing the great juice of the sacred coffee bean. I said I wasn't going to get involved but now this affects the happiness of the woman I love. There are few important things in her life and Starbucks and I were up towards the top! So we must work together on this! I know you are all great and I believe in all of you hard workers! It's just that for today, I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed ??.
They got my order wrong then over charged and tried to argue with me about it. The line was very long, all the way around the building so I guess they were stressed out. I went ahead and paid what she said it cost although it was double what I expected and took the iced drink although I ordered a hot coffee ??? I ended up enjoying the cold drink so maybe I'll order that next time... and if they get it wrong and give me coffee I'll come out even, eh? ?? I would usually give Starbucks an excellent review but I guess they were having a rough day. Better luck next time.
They are our favorite coffee 'peppermint mocha ' disappointed?. I have another drink. Food: 5/5
