Tim Hortons - Beaverton

You can't beat the friendliness of the staff! Not well supplied - runs out of things all the time, or they don't get delivered, and ALWAYS a long line. I recommend the drive-thru for faster service.

The manager at this TH was not present for our meal. This led to extreme chaos. Staff in training were forced to deal with unhappy customers and dwindling supplies. No receipts were given and one of our meals was stolen by an impatient person. The potato wedges also ran out. The vast crowds obviously strained the staff, and there was no leadership in the kitchen

I'd say the routine at this Tim's location is typical of all of them. Staff is a bit nicer than most though.Food products are what is expected and service is prompt and restaurant is clean. It's easy to get into and out off and is off the highway which is nice when entering and exiting by car in that location where it's worth you life at the lights on

After travelling on highway 12 from Kingston area (turning off at Whitby,) we were very happy to see a Tim Hortons for a rest stop and quick lunch. We really enjoyed the donuts as they were super fresh. The Nanaimo Donut was a super treat!I was shocked at the amount of garbage and beer cans outside in the parking lots and curb/grass area. This is obviously a busy place but better attention needs to be taken outside. We also noticed that the garbages outside were full and over flowing.

Clean place with friendly staff:) Tasty fresh food and amazing coffee:) Fast service through drive-through. Staff is always smiling and polite.
