Food is great fries. Amazing burger. Amazing! Better than most of the places in the area. Five guys and burgers and fries would recommend if you're hungry. 10 out of 10

Horrible, horrible. The 4 stars given for the Murray Scholls five guys isn't accurate at all. First off, they are notorious for messing up orders. Secondly, then when you call them out on the issue they lie about it. Instead of taking responsibility. I thought after a year, maybe they would've gotten better Never again will I ever go to this location. I don't eat Burgers often, but they are off the list for good. Some new employee, young guy with a messy cut is arguing with customers and giving poor service. Multiple people I witnessed were frustrated on the food delays, impoliteness and I don't know why he's still employed or not given etiquette lessons.

Do not frequent this location. The staff is always slow. It took 45 minutes to receive 1 burger and 1 shake. Absolutely unacceptable. The manager sat in the back room while 1 poor girl ran the entire front end by herself. Very poor management. For a burger joint that opens around lunch you should be more prepared. Poor planning produces **** poor product.
