I began by ordering the chicken, then tried the pork and pork belly, but I found the pork belly too fatty for my taste. The slices of pork were a bit too thin for my liking. Therefore, I opted for the grilled chicken, which is both delicious and healthier. Overall, I give this place five stars for its cleanliness, friendly service, and delicious ramen!
This restaurant is a hidden gem for ramen lovers! The rich and thick broth is cooked to perfection. I usually go for the chicken rather than the pork or pork belly since I find the pork belly too fatty and I'm not a fan of that texture. The pork chashu tends to be on the thinner side as well, so I prefer the grilled chicken option, which is both tasty and healthier. Overall, I would give this place five stars for its cleanliness, friendly service, and consistently delicious ramen. During my visit tonight, the service was busy, but the food was hot and satisfying. After discussing a previous negative experience with the store manager, who is currently training new staff, I’ve decided to overlook that incident. Considering the overall situation, we’ll likely return on the weekends. I also highly recommend their fried squid—it’s absolutely delicious and definitely my favorite small plate!
The fuddoyama ramen with chicken was incredible—truly delicious! My son tried the spicy teriyaki chicken (as seen in the picture), and it was equally fantastic. The restaurant is quite small, with only about 12 tables. We arrived at 3:30 PM on a Sunday and only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. The menu is straightforward, featuring a vegetarian option as well. Sometimes, the simplest dishes are the best, right? FuddoYama Ramen and Teriyaki has truly mastered their broth and teriyaki sauce! The wait staff wore masks, and hand sanitizing wipes were provided on the table, which we appreciated. There was plenty of parking available since it’s situated in a strip mall.
As a ramen enthusiast, I really enjoyed my experience here. The unfiltered sake is a standout, as many ramen places don’t offer it. The broth was decent—not overly salty, which I appreciate. I prefer thin noodles over udon since they tend to absorb more flavors. The takoyaki was decent but nothing out of the ordinary. The ambiance truly captures a Japanese vibe, which I loved. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit.
Now, let's talk about the food—oh my goodness! It was absolutely amazing. I had such a fantastic time here, and I'm really proud to have discovered this hidden gem for ramen. I can't wait to return; it's perfect for a date night for a foodie like me. If you're looking for authentic ramen that's rich and bursting with flavor, you definitely need to check this place out. Trust me, it’s worth it!
