During my visit, the sushi train wasn’t operating, likely due to Covid precautions, but this allowed for a more personalized dining experience. The spicy tuna roll was exactly what I expected, while the volcano roll was outstanding. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it! Two thumbs up!
Came in from a long drive everything was great the track was not going on and that was a bummer but besides that everything was great hopefully next time it will be going
Really 3.5 but bumped up- Overall the sushi was standard for a conveyer belt, mainly salmon, tuna, and shrinp for the nigiri. Other items available upon request. What made this special was the clean and updated interior with self seating and quite a variety of specials and rolls specific to this location-volcano roll, mexico city roll, crunch scallop roll, and something called a sushi pizza. The wasabi is very convenient as it is in a squeeze bottle though you have to ask for pickled ginger. The booths seemed pretty spacious and the seats at the sushi bar are comfortable too. It does seem a little dark in the restaurant though, maybe I have just been used to restaurants that are a little brighter. Though prices seem to be a little more expensive, a quick and easy lunch stop
Decided to eat out with a couple of friends for a special event. Ordered almost $100 of sushi between the three of us... Service was terrible the waiter wasn't able to give us the necessities like the chopsticks Or a proper menu without the conveyor belt active ... And to top it off we all got severe food poisoning from some old fish we consumed. Trying calling with no response
The sushi here was quite good, deserving a solid 4 out of 5. However, the tamagoyaki was a bit too sweet for my taste, and its texture wasn't what I'm accustomed to from other places. On the bright side, the miso soup was delicious and the gyozas were equally enjoyable. The prices were fair, comparable to a few other revolving sushi spots we've visited. The staff was friendly and quick to serve us, but I have to deduct two stars because the conveyor belt wasn't functioning, which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we chose this place. Additionally, given that it wasn't busy, I expected they would take the opportunity to clean up, but there were food crumbs and spills on the track, and the soy sauce dishes were dirty. I had to sift through them to find a clean one. Overall, I would be willing to give this restaurant another try if I’m in the area, but I hope they improve their cleanliness by then.
