Dunkin' - Bechtelsville

Ninety percent of the time I've visited, when I'm ready to place my order, I'm asked to wait a moment, and then the person taking orders disappears for several minutes before returning. There's always a long wait.

The staff member was very patient and assisted my family in getting exactly what we wanted!

Can the manager and owner of the store, please explain to me why the service here is very slow and the employees don't seem to understand what coffee drinks are like they always seem to mess up something, but it takes them to complete and order 30 minutes. When I worked at Dunkin, the store manager never tolerated it. I was fired over a wrong drink, so they and you should be through the roof. This is ridiculous and someone must be aware of it. But you hired a girl who had no idea what was half and half creamy. SMALL

I come here every day and order the same drink. It's not a complicated drink of any kind but they always without fail seems to mess up my drink. I get a large cold brew french vanilla iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar.... How difficult is that? Either I get a medium or they give me the wrong flavor or sometimes they don't even ads my cream and sugar.... Just the other day I order my usual drink and decided to get a sandwich too. U asked for it on an English muffin and got it on a crossont instead and my receipts all say exactly what I ordered and still don't receive what it is I actually ordered. So I go back and tell them and they do fix the problem but it shouldn't have to be fixed.... It's only ever at this location.... I just don't understand how or why they keep messing up.... I had to give them a 1 star review but if I could give them a negative review I would have.....

I ordered Peach Passion Fruit drink and it was delicious the first time and by the second third time i went back it didn?t taste good at all.
