Subway - Bechtelsville

I recently ordered dinner for takeout and found the experience to be quite mixed. The price per person was reasonable, falling between $10 and $20. The food itself earned a rating of 3 out of 5 – while it was decent, it didn't quite stand out. The service was a bit disappointing, garnering a 2 out of 5 due to delays and a lack of attentiveness. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, with a rating of 4 out of 5. If you're looking for something to try, I would recommend the Oven Roasted Turkey – it's worth a taste!

The woman working there was quite rude to me and my friends. I didn't appreciate her attitude when more customers arrived; she seemed like she didn't want to be part of the Subway community.

The woman in the orange sweater was quite disrespectful to me and my friends. We definitely won’t be returning in the near future unless there are some changes in the front office.

What was particularly concerning was the improper mask-wearing by the two men on the staff. They had their masks pulled down below their noses, barely covering their mouths. This was quite off-putting and has made me reconsider returning while they are working together. It appeared that one of them was training the other and seemed overwhelmed by the situation. I encourage you to address the importance of proper mask-wearing with your employees. It’s crucial for the safety and comfort of your customers.

I left without even placing an order. I waited over 10 minutes while the only other customer in front of me got a salad and a sandwich made. When it was finally my turn, I was told I had to wait even longer for an online order for someone who wasn’t even there. The customer service has been steadily declining over the past six months, if not longer. Tonight was the last time I’ll be coming here!
