White Row Cafe - Beckington

A day after visiting this charming farm café and shop during our family holiday, I was hit with the unpleasant realization that we had been short-changed £30. I fully understand that we should always double-check our change, but with the café packed and our two small boys running around, our attention was understandably elsewhere. My husband called the café to address the issue, only to be met with rudeness and basically labeled a liar, all without them even checking their system. They simply said they would get back to us via email. While the farm shop and café had a lovely atmosphere and delicious food, which would typically warrant a 5-star rating, the incompetence of the staff leaves me feeling that it scarcely deserves a 1-star review.

Great farm shop and the food is delicious the burger was delicious and the bacon is the best I have had highly recommend to anyone

I had an absolutely beautiful time at this restaurant. The food was great, especially the coffee. I ordered the mixed grill fish plate, which was very nice. My only complaint is that the new potatoes and green beans came from the chilled counter; they would have been 100% better if served hot. The bark bags were also impressive, just like all the staff! Overall, a well-crafted experience.

They always enjoy visiting White Row Farm, although it seems to be very busy all the time now. The café and the fish and chip shop are excellent. The animals outside and the children's playground provide great entertainment for little ones!
