Lucky Burger Grill

Hands down one of the best Burger Kings in Michigan. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, and the portions were significant. The food was tasteful The restaurant was tidy. As an ex-Associate Manager of a Burger King, I would highly recommend checking them out.

God awful prep. fries always cold. rude staff! and the incompetence! Jesus! how do you burn a dang bun? I mean seriously!

If we're all going to grab onto the excuse because of the pandemic and why we need to produce poor quality and bad service then the pandemic affected us all more than we think I patiently waited 30 minutes for the sandwich. While I sat and watched one manager on the phone laughing it up and the other young lady that help me and give me my money back looking at me helpless as her other manager came to refund the money the Burger King's that are run by the Carol's Corp are an absolute embarrassment to the name Burger King.Give your employees the tools to succeed just don't sit back and count your money Needless to say and efforts of offering me free food I declined.went to another Burger King and received my sandwich as ordered hot and fresh as it should be
