As he began to leave, wishing me a good evening, my son came out from behind me. The delivery man stopped in his tracks and then turned back to me, asking if we live here. I confirmed that we do. To my surprise, he then took the shovel from my porch and cleared the snow from our steps. I've read countless stories about people spreading kindness, but this was the first time I experienced it firsthand. I couldn't have asked for it at a better moment. So, to that delivery person – thank you. Thank you for choosing to be kind instead of making a fuss. Thank you for making my steps safer after I inadvertently forgot to tip you. You represent the kind of person I hope my son learns from as he grows up. Thank you again.

I ordered a Big Banaza pizza and accidentally left my job information for the delivery. The wonderful delivery driver, Charles, generously braved the snow and cold to bring me my delicious pizza. Thank you!
