Costa Coffee - Bedford

Only a 4 star food hygiene rating!! Quite disappointing for a national chain. I didn't visit after I saw that in the window, so I went to Greggs instead.

The staff was not complaining when I asked for my drink to be made a little bit different than a normal one, which is a good point in case you have lactose intolerance or you are vegan,

I always loved that cost coffee in town and the staff always with a smile on their face

Useful for coming off the trains and buses in the town as well as near to the rest of the town and other things. Lots of stuff there to have at anytime of day when open. Not too bad for a spot of lunch or coffee, well staffed essential for the busiest times of the week etc.

A LOVELY iced tea!! I asked for a cold infusion as I like the cup they put it in the clear cups, so they turned it into an iced tea which was nice.. But everytime I ask for a cold infusion staff always get arsey in every Costa I have been to! Like they do it indicating that it's an inconvenience for them!!! Like it should not be too hard to make it cold
