We ordered take away to be delivered which was not delivered after 2 calls telling us the food was on its way i decided to cancel Why take orders you cant deliver ? Very poor service

Have usually experienced half reasonable food from here but this week the ribs we got were a waste of time hardly any meat on the bone ****!

Honestly so rude, he shouted down the phone to me and then refused to let me order anything. Disgusting customer service. Will never order from here again.

Not worth 1 star. Order cancelled within seconds of ordering, when we phoned them they were so rude, shouting down the phone. Horrible service. Will not be ordering from them again.

I’ve used this takeaway for years. And today my order got cancelled through just eat. When I called, the the guy said my address had been barred. I asked why and he couldn’t tell me. We have had absolutely no problems with them in the past. The guy was so rude and shouted at me down the phone for absolutely no reason. Really upset me and has ruined our evening. Will definitely not be using them again. They have lost a loyal customer!
