Arby's - Bedford

The 1 single man made amazing for 3 jobs alone. great work. I wish I knew his name. it was 7/1 on 530 clock

The dining room was closed due to a shortage of workers. The drive through was incredibly slow, and the food was mediocre at best. I'll not eat at the Arby's in Bedford, Indiana again any time soon.

This is now the WORST fast food place in Bedford by far. Used to be the best. Now randomly closed on a near daily basis. Please just close permanently so people won't waste their time driving there to discover you're closed in the middle of the day or evening or whenever you feel like it. Since the change in ownership, this location has been run into the ground.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru to get up there to order my food. To be told there is only 2 people working and my food was going to take 45 minutes. When it wouldn't take that long. She said she was the manager but wasn't able to put up a sign to let people know they are short staff.

The employees are busting it out the best they can with a Skelton crew. No air conditioning in the building the night I stopped in for Orange Cream Shakes and three people working. Waited in line for a long while, but that is to be expected with ordering any food and nothing anyone should be complaining about anymore. Hope the employees there are appraised and are given a monetary show of appreciation from the owners that they deserve for being dedicated enough to work through this stuff. They deserve it.
