El Pollo Loco - Bedford

This restaurant used to deserve 5 stars in my opinion, but after my experience tonight, I will not be returning. I won’t go into details here, as I've already reported my concerns through the feedback channel I was given. I advise everyone to steer clear of this place, and it might be best for them to reconsider the staff who were working on 9/22/22.

The restaurant seems to violate health codes, as the staff handles food without wearing gloves and touches surfaces without washing their hands.

The customer service was disappointing. It seemed like the young staff didn't enjoy their jobs. The food was cold and lacked freshness. It's a shame because this could be a good restaurant. I won’t be returning.

Super disappointed! I went about 445 a.m. yesterday, and myhun was so dry and old. I've gone before, and the hunch was fresh and fell off the bone, but don't definitiw this time!

Can't believe we haven't stopped before but so glad we did. Service was very friendly the food was so good. The chicken was very flavorful and the mac cheese was so good. The manager Denzel was an awesome manager constantly stayed busy taking out orders but always checking on the people in the dining room. Rosa took our order she has such a positive attitude beautiful smile.
