Los Jimadores Tex-mex Tequila Factory

I have been a somewhat regular customer at this restaurant, and I feel that their food is constantly improving—better presentation and great flavor. During my last visit, we ordered the seafood enchiladas, which were beautifully presented and had a nice kick to the sauce. We also tried a special dish, the achiote-rubbed salmon, which was excellent as well. The complimentary chips are a nice touch and come with a delicious spicy salsa and black bean dip. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Bedford area.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Perfect date night. Our favorite servers would even know what we wanted ahead of time. We just moved away last March, and are back for a short visit. This is our first place to eat and did not disappoint!Our favorite is the fajita nachos. I would post a picture but there all gone. The flan is also phenomenal. You won't bedisappointed in the flavors combined with excellent service.

I ordered the poblano sauce over chicken, which was served with mashed potatoes underneath the chicken breast and topped with pickled vegetables. While the sauce wasn’t spicy, it still had a good flavor, especially for a Tex-Mex restaurant. The waitress was excellent, and the restaurant was clean.

This place was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Our server was absolutely wonderful. We were a big party celebrating my niece's Sweet 16, so there was a lot going on. At one moment I looked up, and the server wascutting my nephew's food. He was so kind and accommodating. And the food was all amazing. We kept looking at each other's platesand tasting each other's food, because it was all so good. I highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed the beef quesadilla so much that I returned another day to order it again! The beef was tender and topped with delicious, caramelized onions, bell peppers, and Monterey Jack cheese, all wrapped in a flour tortilla. The half order comes with 4 pieces, while the full order has 8.
