Subway - Bedford

My daughter ordered the meatball sub, while I enjoyed the ultimate sharp Italian. The server was incredibly attentive and friendly, guiding us in choosing ingredients that created delicious sandwiches! The restaurant is situated among medical offices, but the interior is surprisingly spacious, with several tables for dining in. It was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere. A great location overall!

The customer service was excellent. We were really grateful that the server washed his hands after handling money and between each customer he served. We ordered a foot-long tuna sandwich, along with six chicken and six turkey sandwiches, all of which came with two cookies. The cookies were a bit on the thicker side.

When I walked in, I noticed a middle-aged lady working there. The atmosphere was quite humble, especially since it was after school. I recognize that people working in places like this are just human. She was very friendly, even when I decided to change my order midway. It wasn't a waste, just a change of plan. I'm normally used to getting 6 slices of vegetables on my footlong, but she only gave me 5. While I didn't lower my rating for this, I do have to admit I expected six slices. However, I think this was a reasonable call considering the size of my sandwich. I’ve had it before where I manage to get all 6 slices while still keeping things in balance, but I don’t expect everyone to be perfect all the time. The sandwich was satisfying, the veggies fresh, and the staff was nice. What more can you ask for? They didn't even give me a dirty look when I went to refill my drink. Overall, it was a good experience!

Although it is constantly underoccupied (a poor employee who runs the whole place, even during the lunch break), the staff always goes beyond and beyond. I chose this via Central only for this fact. Only if they would order gluten-free bread I could eat more of their food!
