Subway - Bedford

My gorgeous best friend recommended this Subway to me, and I had the most enjoyable experience. I highly recommend visiting this Subway - they have something truly special happening there!

Two of us waited in line for more than 10 minutes, but nobody informed us of anything. On July 27th, 2022 at 9:45 PM, when we finally reached the front, the server said they were closing and refused to serve us. After thinking about eating at Subway for 11 hours, we received no customer service here.

The girl who works here is extremely rude. Subway needs to take action and terminate her employment. She acts as if she owns the restaurant. I am very upset that they hire people like her who do not understand the importance of customer service.

The girl with eye glasses was so rude,she even cursed when she saw the line,asked her simple question about availability for food and she said yessssss u could even hear her from a mile away.

There is only one place to eat here, it was very busy 7 people working in the tiny truck stop subway and every single one of them was wearing their required mask UNDER their nose, breathing all over our food. This is during the height of Covid 19,70,000 new cases a day. Her response when I questioned why, its hot back here, hard to breathe I wonder if she 'll find ithard to breathe on a ventilator??
