Thai Jasmine - Bedford

Food was delicious on our first visit tonight. We tried the yellow curry with chicken (mild spice) and the pad thai with shrimp (mild spice). Both were very good.

Was originally drawn to the restaurant based on rating and price . Food is four stars. Fried rice portion size is large, Pad Thai was average sized. EXTREMELY nice staff ? definitely five stars. The price was through the roof for what you received. You?re at or close to 20 for just the entree. It appears they?ve raised prices 35%. Bummed.

I?ve been to this place several times and always have a great experience. I love that they allow me to tailor the dishes to my liking. The waitress kept saying, ?Whatever you like.? I appreciated that. I ordered crispy spring rolls and they always comeout hot and delicious. Their spring rolls are ordered a la carte. I got the Pad Thai with modifications no meat, no tofu and noegg. I added carrots and broccoli. It was delicious. I don?t think I?ve had Pad Thai but I really wanted something differentthan a rice dish this time. My husband ordered a beef dish and thoroughly enjoyed. We?ll return whenever we?re back in the areaagain.

We were excited to try after reading all of the Google reviews. It is definitely more expensive than some of the other places we?ve tried. Portions weren?t bad. Pad Thai was just ok. Egg rolls were good but I would have expected to get two for the price.The yellow curry and the Masamon curry were really good definitely in the top 2 for curry in the area. We ordered for pickup. Pick up time was originally 15 20 minutes. Got a call at 16 minutes that it?d be 35 minutes to an hour due to the beingshort staffed. We called at an hour were told they got busy and it?d be another 15 minutes. Gal on the phone seemed botheredthat we had called at all. We arrived to pick the order up and she seemed even more inconvenienced. Our order was ready thoughso we got our food and left. They charged us full price for an extra fried rice which I expected and would have been ok ifthey would have given us the white rice that it was supposed to have come with. Food was good but given the lack of customerservice I don?t even know that I can call it bad. She didn?t even try. It was non existent. I don?t know that we?ll beback. Even the hour wait was ok. Everyone is short staffed. It was the attitude for me. Especially after spending what we did onthe order.

The food tasted great, staff was very friendly, but prices are waaaayy higher than they used to be and ambiance was nothing special. I probably won't be back simply because I can't see myself spending $38 before tip on Thai fried rice and a curry (nodrinks.
